A Good Free Host? Empty A Good Free Host?

I'm not talking about FORUM hosts, but a WBESITE host.

A host that:

-has a nice sub-domain
-is free
-has a good amount of bandwidth
-allows FTP
-has good supprt (ex: like Forumotion)

Any ideas?
