Css Code Problems

Well im using one of Jalokims templates and it got a few bugs..

well to the point.. it got bugs in the Advanced profile and the ads in the button got a lil "Background" that is annoying me.. and the clock is under the ads.

and the - Reputation is to close the post .. i cant change to right side.

i cant put the navigation bar in the middle either.


im not good in CSS and that kind of stuffs but some1 that actually can help me with this? I want a perfect forum with bugs and probaly does every1
